- Troubleshoot Active Directory accounts/workstations/Active Directory
- Work closely with IT to support best practices related to security, application optimization, business processes, and issue resolutions
- Identify and develop process improvements and efficiencies
- Document process and procedures for the Help Desk
- Apply software development lifecycle methodology to ensure quality applications are designed, developed, and delivered
- Support remote users
- Attend daily standup meetings and report progress to the team
- Experience with software update deployment and maintenance in SCCM
- Familiarity with patching MAC devices
- Experience troubleshooting end-user desktop issues for various applications including Office 365
- Working knowledge of Active Directory to create user and groups
