Desktop Support EngineerCambridge, MA | Lexington, MAFull Time / CDW W2 Employee CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst in Boston, MA! In this role, you will support a multi-location organization with day-to-day end user support challenges. Serving as a Level 2 Support Analyst, you will be responsible for solving user challenges that are escalated from the Help Desk team.

Required expertise includes:
  • 5 years of Technical Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support
  • 2+ years of O365 Support – advanced knowledge, including basic administration experience
  • Active Directory – including complex user set-up experience
  • Experience supporting mobile devices
  • Ability to travel to other sites periodically (Requires driver’s license and vehicle)
Desired experience:
  • VPN experience, ideally Palo Alto Global Protect
  • ServiceNow experience for both incidents and requests
  • Intune for EndPoint Management
  • Teams / Zoom collaboration audio / video conferencing support
