Digital Banking Specialist

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Digital Banking Specialist in the banking industry, based in Needham, Massachusetts. As a Digital Banking Specialist, you will be focusing on the origination, processing, and servicing of the digital banking portfolio in accordance with state and federal regulatory compliance guidelines. Responsibilities: Validate identities of applicants and ensure that their online accounts have been funded and all ancillary services are properly established. Monitor and maintain closed online banking agreements. Perform necessary maintenance on online banking systems. Process consumer online banking applications with accuracy and efficiency. Review fraud mitigation systems to detect any anomalies in applicant identities. Contribute to the team by performing additional duties as needed or assigned. Utilize strong computer and technical skills to manage digital banking processes and terminologies. Leverage online and mobile banking skills to maintain and service digital banking accounts. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a banking role or related field Proficiency in online and mobile banking platforms Ability to perform routine account maintenance tasks Strong understanding of digital banking operations and procedures Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer service orientation Ability to effectively communicate complex banking procedures to customers Proficient in using computer software and digital tools related to banking services Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Willingness to stay updated with the latest digital banking trends and technologies Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
