Digital Content Platform SMEYou will drive content execution excellence in the areas of content access, search, taxonomy and translation. As a key member of the team, you will ensure adoption of a harmonized, sustainable, single-source content tagging strategy, enforce consistency in taxonomy across digital platforms, and develop a process to maintain a scalable and comprehensive approach to content accessibility.Your role:
Lead training and providing enablement of our digital content tools, platforms, and processes to our global internal user base across all Philips Health Systems businesses and regions. Serves as the primary subject matter expert (SME) in the area of digital asset management and digital product content management from a process and tooling perspective
Lead the creation and management of centralized content taxonomies in cooperation with various business and technical stakeholders, with the intent to improve content findability, lifecycle management, and content re-use. Acts as knowledge area owner and guide content authors as needed to ensure consistency and scalability of content tags.
Proactively educate the organization about the importance of proper digital content management and the benefits/efficiencies it brings when fully utilized. Manages towards efficiency in content translation processes across digital platforms, with a focus on optimal re-use of translation memory, translation workflow excellence, and adoption of our digital translation tools portfolio across the organization.
Build and foster an internal user community of subject matter experts (SMEs) in digital content across businesses and regions and drive operational excellence through best practice sharing and capability building within the community. Ensures all digital content guidance and processes - existing and new - are adequately documented, and users are appropriately trained with access to key resources such as playbooks and guides, that enable success, including onboarding support for new users.
Analyze content platforms frequently for proper usage habits and measure effectiveness via KPI tracking. Develop mitigation plans to address usage gaps when they arise.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in digital content enablement and in building engaged user communities; working on large websites or e-commerce platforms with complex and/or deep navigational structures; translation tools such as XTM, Trados, Lionsbridge, or others, as well as some experience working with industry standard Web CMS platforms a plus; developing and facilitating hands-on digital trainings that are engaging and effective; utilizing AI tools for translation processes a plus.
Your skills include training and facilitation skills, including developing training plans and documentation, running interactive workshops, and knowledge sharing expertise; analyzing operational/internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement, particularly in the digital domain; digital content expertise, including best practices as well as deep knowledge of the interdependencies between content tags, navigation, user experience, and internal search results; translation operations, and the steps required to translate an asset all the way through to approval for publication.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field required and healthcare or other a highly regulated industry experience preferred.

Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $106,000 to $170,000.The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
