The role Our team is growing, and we are seeking a Customer-centric and highly motivated team player to join our Global Commercial Operations Team as a Digital Product Manager to fuel growth within our global e-commerce ecosystem, including direct and indirect channels. This new and exciting role, in collaboration with a team of global cross-functional stakeholders, is a key driver in the development and execution of our vision, strategy and roadmap of e-commerce related initiatives to create a frictionless, integrated experience for our Customers. You'll have the opportunity to.- Be the primary business owner on all global eCommerce related initiatives including new eCommerce channels in global direct and indirect markets
- Positively impact the purchase stage of the Customer journey by leveraging industry-leading best practices and Customer behavior data
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Strategic Marketing, B2B, Rev/Lead Gen, Product Management, Regional Marketing, UX, Operations, Customer Support, and Web stakeholders
- Drive definition and implementation of a global ecommerce approach
- Define business cases, user stories and provide input to Web Product Owner and Scrum Teams for successful execution of initiatives
- Continuously identify opportunities to implement improvements based on customer feedback, web and shopping analytics and external benchmarks
- Drive business value through delivery and optimization of eCommerce initiatives that support strategic focus areas
- Experience in retail/ecommerce, global eCommerce Operations or Analytics with demonstrated success delivering on commitments
- The ability to effectively communicate and present results of analyses and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ecommerce experience with a focus on Omni Channel capabilities
- Ability to set clear direction for Teams, collaborate with peers and motivate to achieve goals that are part of the broader product vision
- Ability to effectively gather and digest business needs, transform them into clear requirements that can develop into an actionable product roadmap
- Working knowledge of 'Agile' methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to effectively drive projects forward with a cross-functional Team
- Life Science industry experience a plus
