10+ years of experience as a manufacturing solution architect role supporting and implementing large-scale IT solutions including software deployment, business analysis, project management, process improvement, and computer systems validation, including process manufacturing (OPM), integrations with manufacturing execution systems (MES), inventory management, warehouse management, product labeling creation and scanning, production planning and in-process quality inspection. Experience developing and supporting an integrated enterprise-level ERP system, preferably Oracle EBS and MES. Excellent verbal and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Experience creating the framework for the operationalization of the support & sustainment activities, provided daily monitoring support for critical jobs and resolution to issues. Experience coordinating the release of different solutions to the Production environment, following the client's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, and ensuring all deliverables were met. Demonstrated technical understanding of application architecture to include application servers, web servers, configuration files, relational databases, SQL, and reporting applications. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. MS-Office knowledge (Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio). : Serve as solution architect for Oracle EBS in support of Internal and external manufacturing (OPM and discrete), inventory management, and manufacturing master data; as well as integrations with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and other applications (Rapid Response, LIMS, etc.) to support the internal manufacturing processes. Lead the efforts in managing, developing, and optimizing enterprise applications and improving manufacturing business processes to achieve corporate objectives. Responsible for applying expertise and experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Enterprise Applications to solve existing business problems and drive business transformation. Collaborate with project managers including developing detailed project timelines, communication, documentation, resource management, and vendor management. Participate in GxP validations/qualification of internal manufacturing systems including reviewing validation protocols. Develop effective working relationships with internal customers and vendors. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and knowledge of IT solutions, and applications management through product cycles and business environments. Identify risk and mitigation plans in conjunction with the business and other IT partners. Prioritizes activities and quickly adapts to changing situations. Advises management on technical and process issues. Maintains productive and positive interpersonal relationships within IT
