Senior Digital Product ManagerThe Senior Digital Product Manager oversees a digital product end to end, in terms of its description, customer satisfaction, financial performance and value of the service. This job participates in the IT leadership and relationship management discussion about the shape and content of the digital product portfolio delivered by the organization. This job also creates a service improvement plan to improve the digital product portfolio. As a recognized master in experience product management, this job's primary focus is on designing, building and running a product experience that drives key business outcomes.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Defines the nature and scope of the product and its delivery impacts, and works with other planning roles, relationship managers and capacity planners to forecast demand for each digital product.

Monitors cost allocation, cost recovery and pricing plan within the overall context of the digital chargeback or pricing model.

Negotiates with other digital product managers about the allocation of costs from infrastructure components or services that are shared among multiple products.

Monitors digital product performance and directs product and/or marketing adjustments.

Gathers user requirements and designs digital products or developing enhancements, including technical design services, when appropriate.

Collaborates with other digital product managers about the allocation of costs from infrastructure components or services that are shared among multiple products.

5+ years of digital and/or CX leadership experience in financial services or related industry.

Preferred:

7+ years of digital and/or CX leadership experience in financial services or related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in relevant field of study.

Ability to manage strategic direction for key digital experiences, including portfolio vision, customer needs, multi-year roadmap, strategic themes, portfolio backlog, target experience maps, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure alignment with TIAA business priorities and overall digital strategy.

Showcase expertise and technical acumen in Design Thinking, Agile development and deployment and advanced data analytics to directly inform product discovery and digital roadmap.

Champion voice of customer activities including co-creation sessions, primary research, persona and empathy development and journey mapping. Partner with customer experience and creative leads in design thinking practices to guide design of signature digital experience and memorable moments for customers (plan sponsors and consultants).

Monitor external best-in-class digital access experiences and trends within and outside of Financial Services industry to anticipate customer expectations, needs and impacts across our digital experiences.

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Experience driving digital or CX improvements by focusing on customer metrics, analytics and insight.

Robust experience with retirement services, investment and/or insurance products.

Expert level understanding of CX, digital, social and emerging tech trends.

Proven ability to execute in a scaled agile environment.

Digital Transformation experience a plus.

Base Pay Range: $125,600/yr. - $209,400/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
