USD180,000-USD200,000Representing Oncology DMPK and providing leadership for cross functional and external collaborations involving DMPK

Overseeing early clinical exposure and PD data and providing prioritized options for clinical testing

Leading and participating in Oncology strategic scientific initiatives and continuous improvement

Participating in the development of Discovery or Development strategies in PKPD for biologics/ADCs/small molecules.

Leading external collaborative projects with external groups

Providing disciplinary scientific leadership and presenting work through patents, publications and lectures

Relevant industry experience in Modeling & Simulation, ideally in preclinical/translational setting with a focus on small molecule

Experience in a project-facing role within pharmaceutical R&D

Understanding of DMPK and pharmacology/safety aspects of drug discovery and development

Track record of supporting PK, PKPD and TKPD aspects of projects

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with strong influence and leadership skills.

Leadership experience preferable
