Job description:

Assign and schedule drivers, vehicles, or service staff for daily operations

Maintain real-time contact with drivers or field personnel, providing instructions and resolving issues

Handle emergencies such as traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or last-minute changes

Track order progress to ensure on-time delivery

Work with customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively
