Dispatchers Wanted

We are CCT, a transportation company based on the Cape. We provide a broad range of rider services here on the Cape, The South Coast, and Boston.

We are seeking an energetic individual who will be a “dispatcher”. In this role you will enjoy working with our passengers, and our drivers. Past experience is great – but anyone with the desire to help, listen, and learn new programs, is someone we want!

As you learn more about the business, we will teach our dispatch system- we are growing at a fast rate - and in this role, so will you pay increase!

Incoming calls will be from passengers, driver associates and agencies we work with. There are a few types of software to learn. The right candidates will be able to stay calm under pressure, answer ALL calls immediately, and respond to calls in a pleasant and professional manner.

This is a key position within our company and the hourly compensation represents this. Any training time required is paid by us!

The pace is fast, but fun, and as we continue to grow, there are strong opportunities for advancement.
