Domain Migration Technician

We are seeking an experienced Domain Migration Technician who will be the first line of support for personnel experiencing issues with systems, applications, or services. This role will be analyzing tickets that come in and distribute them to the appropriate teams for reconciliation. The Technician will join our client s team onsite in the Milford, MA area.Responsibilities:

• O365 support (including Teams / Outlook / OneDrive)

• PC Migration experience
• Desktop support
• SNOW
• Working with end-users to confirm the correct support team has resolved hardware and or software-related issues

• Escalate any unresolved issue to the relevant resolver group based on SOP or instructions

• Must have basic computer skills
• Understanding of computer hardware and software
• Previous work experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills to carry out the job effectively
