- Engage with developers, analysts, business partners, other systems areas to deliver solutions, build/execute on strategic and tactical projects, improve on existing concepts or products, and create new ideas for improving the product suite.
- Create technical specification documentation which may include architecture design, interfaces design, data modelling, dataflow diagramming, screen design, workflow analysis, etc.
- Communicate and promote technology and architecture standards within the respective CRM applications
- Ensure methodology is followed for the project; provide meaningful feedback in accordance with company standards and guidelines
- Manage Scope of Project to minimize scope creep. Understand the changing business needs and how it impacts the overall project and recommend solutions.
- Identify risks and opportunities and help define technology roadmaps
- Support and resolve application production issues reported to the development team, working with internal production management teams when applicable
- Execute infrastructure maintenance activities, such as security patching and software updates
- Implement monitoring and alerting of critical production process using firmwide tools and in accordance with best practices
- Manage all
- Good working knowledge of relevant infrastructure & security to support troubleshooting connectivity and security related issues
- Excellent trouble shooting skills with the ability to debug reported production and testing issues to isolate root causes
- Excellent oral and written communication, teamwork/collaboration, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excel at multi-tasking across projects with little supervision
- Knowledge of OWASP secure coding standards and Vulnerability scanning tools
- Knowledge of SAML & OAuth security standards
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems application development, including technical experience in the design and development of software
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ability/willingness to learn Salesforce
- Experience in CRM plugin development, custom workflows, application integrations
- Collaborate closely with the Business stake holders and analyst to interpret requirements, design, and document solutions
- Well versed in Systems Development Life Cycle, Agile Methodology, and secure coding practices
- CRM Development utilizing CRM SDK, XRM Toolbox, Visual Studio, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of .NET and C# programming
- Dynamics 365 implementations - Install applications and configure environments for use in development, testing and production
- Experience in working collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement issues
- Experience in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying changes to database fields, screens, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Experience in the administration of security rights and user/group roles across all business lines
- The ability to work well independently as well as in collaborative groups
- Experience with SSIS development and implementation of SSIS packages
- Console Application development for MS Dynamics is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
