ECommerce Packing/Shipping Clerk

We are searching for an experienced candidate to join our eCommerce Packing & Shipping Team, who can assist us with pulling orders, safely packaging, and labeling shipments, acting as the last point of contact for our customers’ orders. You will be expected to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds, perform general pick-pack & ship duties and ensure our product is packaged efficiently and labeled for the correct destination.

Responsibilities include:

Pulling, packing, and labeling products to meet daily order volume.

Ensure packages are properly packaged and sealed for safe transport.

Meet the specifics of eCommerce orders in a timely manner.

Log any relevant shipping & order paperwork as needed.

Work with standard common carriers & computer shipping programs.

Keep products and accessories separated, organized, and available.

Monitor product quality and report any problems or discrepancies.

Operate various pieces of equipment (i.e. dolly, pallet-wrapper, pallet-jack)

Follow the best practices of warehouse and proper safety requirements.

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Perform other related duties as needed.

Job requirements:

Must be able to read and write in English

Computer skills required

Shipping experience is a plus

Work as a team player.

Physical ability to lift greater than 40 lbs

Work schedule – M-F (9a-5.30p)
