Who knows where our shared journey will take you?We are looking for an Electrical Engineer based in our Hingham, MA location.Position OverviewSupport the order engineering ATS team by reviewing order specifications, crafting ATS schematics and wiring diagrams, and offering support and mentorship to the sales and field service teams.ATS Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing and generating Physical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to release to the production team, based on job specific requirements. Work with the test and production teams to support the ATS product line. Review job requirements with the quotations team and create submittal drawings to send out for customer review.Responsibilities

Build and release schematics, wire lists, and bills of material for job specific orders

Generate Physical (Enclosure) detail drawings for specific projects

Build and Release wiring diagrams and panel layouts to the operations team

Maintain and revise all drawing sets based on production markups and change orders

Release modification packages, including revised physicals, schematics, wiring prints to Field Service.

Review job specifications to build submittal packages

Provide support to India team for special designs and job requirements

Work with Field Service Engineers to provide on-site technical support

Review warranty issues and provide mentorship for solutions

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in engineering with 3+ years of experience with electrical design and power controls

Excellent organizational and communication skills, and confident decision making

Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring prints and point lists.

Experience with 2-D/CAD and working with detail drawings for electrical assemblies

Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

BSEE or BSEET

Familiar with UL1008, UL891

Familiar with Seismic certification standards

Familiar with SAP, Compas, Promise, AutoCad

The pay range for this position is $89-$115K. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
