ABA Certified Aide at KIPP Academy Boston Charter SchoolKIPP MA is looking for an ABA Certified Aide to work with students who require extra support in order to be successful.  The ABA Certified Aide will work closely with teachers, leaders, and family members to meet the needs of our KIPPsters.  Flexibility, optimism, collaboration, and perseverance are key character strengths for this role.  Our Aide will be a key support person allowing students to make tremendous social and academic growth as they gain the skills needed to be successful in school and beyond. The ABA Certified Aide will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in various academic and nonacademic school settings.
