Job Title: Engineering SpecialistJob DescriptionAs an Engineering Specialist, you will lead production activities, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to timelines. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement by implementing lean and six sigma methodologies. You will conduct Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRR) and Production Readiness Reviews (PRR), verifying that all production processes are primed for execution. Additionally, you will assess and mitigate risks in production, ensuring that manufacturing processes meet the IEEE .2-2014 standards and effectively handle Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).Hard Skills
