Description Accounts Payable SpecialistRobert Half has partnered with one of the top growing companiesin the Springfield market their search of an Accounts Payable Specialist tojoin their AP Department, reporting to the AP Supervisor. This is a great opportunityfor someone entry level that is looking for a foot in the door within anaccounting department that may have some knowledge of invoice processing. ResponsibilitiesInclude:

Data Entry of invoices

Assist with full-cycle A/P

Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other

documents

Monthly reconciliations

Assist manager with AP reporting

Perform daily processes and controls, ensuring company

policies are followed

Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department
