ERP Business Analyst (WMS/Finance) – INFOR M3

Description:6+ months. Remote with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Application support on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and local ancillary systems with interfaces included
  • Manage ERP, change requests with prioritization, tracking, and escalation
  • Collaborate with internal, external, local resources on ERP and related support
  • Actively participate in ERP implementation or Change Request (CRs)
  • Fully understand business processes, identify business issues, and recommend opportunities for improvement
  • Understand business processes and ERP core functions to troubleshoot.
  • Documentation and knowledge transfers
  • Change management and communication
  • Other duties as required

Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT, computer science, or related field
  • At least 5 years of ERP experience and business process in INFOR CloudSuite, INFOR WMS, WMS SCE 2000
  • Finance Infor Syteline Implementation experience
  • Experience supporting WMS functions including Finance Operations within CSI
  • Solid understanding of business systems and processes
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills
