- Maintain calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare, review, edit and distribute reports, correspondence, memos, and other communications
- Create and maintain organized information storage and filing system
- Answer and screen phone calls, field requests and questions from internal and external constituencies,
- Make domestic and international travel arrangements and process all required reimbursements and reconciliation of travel expenses
- Coordinate event logistics and staff events
- Coordinate and attend volunteer committee and executive board meetings, including preparation and circulation of meeting agendas and documentation, and taking and distributing meeting minutes
- Support planning, benchmarking, and implementation process for special projects and initiatives as directed
- Manage and maintain highly confidential departmental personnel information, records, and donor information
- Prepare regular reports, briefing material, and project presentations/reports
- Serve as delegate for approval of time-off/leave reports, expense reimbursements, and other requests
- Cover front reception desk as needed
- Some evening and weekend work will be required
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Ability to handle confidential material responsibly and interact professionally
- Strong computer skills with expert level Microsoft Office experience
- Outstanding writing, collaboration, clerical, and project management skills
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze data
