Executive Banquet Chef

Responsible for the full execution of all banquet functions and meetings, including but not limited to breakfasts, luncheons, teatime and dinner events such as weddings and corporate gatherings. Oversee the hiring and training of banquet staff. Assure highest quality of the department by working in an efficient and conscious manner, as well as maintaining and developing the highest service standards as possible.Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
