The Executive Director of FP&A is responsible for leading the North America’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis function. This role serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing insights that drive key investments and profitability . The ideal candidate combines deep financial expertise with strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Including, but not limited to the followingStrategic Planning & ForecastingLead long-range financial planning and annual budgeting processesDevelop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiativesPerformance Analysis Complete and monitor financial performance against budgets and forecastsIdentify variances and recommend corrective actionsDeliver actionable insights to improve margins Executive ReportingPrepare and present financial reports to the North America Business PartnersTranslate complex financial data into clear narrativesTeam LeadershipManage and mentor FP&A team membersFoster a culture of continuous improvement and analytical rigorCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and brand teamsSystems & Process OptimizationStreamline reporting processes and ensure data integrityEnsure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standardsAd Hoc Projects and ReportingReview the Transparency reporting finance files prepared and work with legal and other administrators on ensuring complianceComplete ad hoc analysis, as applicable, to meet North America or corporate requests.
