Experienced Tax Manager & Accountants

Due to continued growth, expanding tax practice with locations in Hingham and Braintree seeks ambitious seasoned tax manager and tax professionals and accountants for full time, part-time positions and other flexible positions in an energetic and positive setting in Braintree. Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

- Three years or more experience with tax preparation and CPA firm experience preparing individual and entity tax returns using tax prep software required; preferably CCH Access, Drake and ATX.

- Tax Manager position requires experience with tax research, IRS issues, entity returns and managing staff.

- Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience required

- Experience with payroll tax laws and filing and reporting.

- Required: Local to South Shore area as this is 100% in office position (not remote or hybrid)

- Must be a self-starter, reliable, independent, able to work well under pressures and possess good communication skills

- Ambitious to learn, be a team player and passionate about taxes and accounting

Some positions can be structured with flexible days and times during and after-tax season based on mutual needs, which is ideal for moms and semi-retired professionals looking to continue working in the profession.
