Our team is examining the effects of daily stress on physical and mental health among women.

Over 35 days, participants will be asked to attend five confidential sessions, Most sessions can be completed at home!

Just 2 in-person visits that can be scheduled at our offices in Northampton OR Springfield OR Worcester Massachusetts, at times convenient for you

Participants will be compensated $300 in gift cards for their time (e.g., to Amazon, Target)
