Field Support AnalystBridgewater, MA (Hybrid) Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Site IT support, incident managementShould be conversant with ITIL process (Service/Asset management)Must be knowledgeable in network infrastructure.Should be knowledgeable on multiple Operating Systems, DB’s.Should be able to work independently and be ready to provide support off-business hours.MES knowledge is an added advantage.Should posses multi-tasking capabilities with excellent coordination skills.Worked in pharma/manufacturing plant is added advantage.
