Flooring Installer – Full-Time (MetroWest MA)

Flooring Company is seeking an experienced Flooring Installer to join our growing company. We specialize in hardwood, vinyl, and carpet installations in residential and commercial spaces across the MetroWest and Greater Boston area.

Job Responsibilities:

Install hardwood, vinyl plank, and carpet flooring

Ensure clean, professional work on each job

Prep surfaces and maintain a safe work environment

Start daily from our warehouse

Requirements:

Proven experience in flooring installation

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and manage full installs

Must be dependable and ready to start ASAP
