• Experience supporting ForgeRock applications and tools (openAM, openIDM, openDS, Amster, SSOAdmin).
• Ability to troubleshoot support request with minimal guidance.
• Experience with light admin/support for Linux (Redhat) and Windows OSs. Experience with light admin/support of Tomcat.
• Understanding of and ability to write basic Linux shell and windows PowerShell scripts.

• Experienced in supporting Tomcat, Linux shell scripting/Windows PowerShell scripting.
