A team player who is excited to help build a new Global Procurement Organization and develop our procurement function.  A strategic thinker focused on improving processes to gain efficiency, scale and mitigate risk. Familiar with process improvement, systems improvement, and maintenance Strong understanding of procurement technology trends Strong relationship-builder who can engage internally and externally to ensure that business needs are met quickly and efficiently. Must love data and be able to analyze, develop and formulate data to develop actionable recommendations. Ability to think creatively and react in situations that are uncertain within a rapidly growing business. Demonstrable experience in project management, timeline development and notable achievements Must have exceptional organization and communication skills. Demonstrated experience in Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management modules.   Ability to deal well with ambiguity and handle multiple tasks in parallel.   Must have proven track record of participating in negotiations for all types of category spend Possess the ability to facilitate working sessions with business stakeholder leads to define business requirements and design leading practice solutions.   Understanding of Sourcing and Procurement leading practices and the ability to communicate at a strategic and operational level.   Key Responsibilities: Assist with implementing and maintaining our contract lifecycle management solution  Creation of executive-level dashboards and reporting  Develop and support Global Procurement lifecycle activities  Develop and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies across all categories  Define category strategies and execute sourcing strategies in line with overall category strategy through analyzing external and internal analysis and total cost of ownership modeling   Document and share best practice methods, processes, policies, and ideas across the business functions; drive innovative thinking and process development throughout the organization  Mentors Procurement team members and leads cross-divisional teams  Facilitates interactions among Legal, Privacy, Security, Finance, and business owners to ensure risks, budgets and costs are appropriate and align with objectives and strategies of Dynatrace Works with Legal to construct appropriate contract terms & conditions for all categories of indirect spend and contract templates  Create a supplier management program to monitor and track supplier performance using SLA’s & KPI’s  Manage sourcing and supplier engagement activities including RFx, spend pattern analysis, contract analysis, bid evaluation, negotiations, QBR’s, and supplier consolidation.  Participate in the implementation of supplier selection processes, supplier consolidation, and overall supplier performance metrics, using optimized spend analytics.   Provide fact-based insights based on qualitative and quantitative data sets to support recommendations   Lead strategic projects to drive best practices in sourcing, negotiation & supplier management
