This role will ensure alignment across the revenue organization to maximize efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.Essential Job FunctionsValue Engineering:

Strategic Development: Create and implement methodologies to clearly articulate the financial impact and ROI of Franklin Covey’s solutions to clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to develop value-based materials and POVs.

Frameworks and Tools: Design and maintain comprehensive frameworks to quantify customer value and benefits, including business case templates, ROI calculators, and value assessment models. Work to build scale globally across the revenue organization.

Customer Engagement: Partner with sales teams during customer engagements to provide expertise in value assessments and develop customized value propositions.

Sales Enablement:

Content Development: Lead the creation of high-impact sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and competitive analysis to support the sales process.

Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, including onboarding, product training, and continuous learning initiatives.

Sales Tools Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of sales enablement tools and platforms to ensure the sales team has access to the best resources.

Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven improvements.

Sales/Pipeline Programs:

Program Development: Develop and execute targeted sales programs and campaigns to drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales cycles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align programs with go-to-market strategies and business objectives.

Data Analysis: Analyze pipeline data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or value engineering roles.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of leading teams and driving revenue growth.

Strong analytical skills and experience with sales and marketing data.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Knowledge of CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.

Experience in management consulting

For location-specific compensation:California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $250-300k TTC, 70/30 split base/variable pay.
