We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join a reputable construction company who specializes in building athletic and sports fields for colleges and high schools throughout Northern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Southern Maine. This isn’t a stopover—it’s a long-term opportunity for dependable operators who are serious about their work and want to be part of a strong, respected team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience operating bulldozers, is confident in grading work, holds a valid 2A hoisting license in Massachusetts, and is open to jumping in on labor tasks when needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Valid 2A Massachusetts Hoisting License (Required)
Minimum 3 years of experience operating bulldozers
Strong experience with fine and rough grading
Comfortable operating excavators, dozers, and loaders
Willingness to perform general labor tasks when not operating equipment
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Solid and steady work history (no job-hopping)
Must be able to work outdoors in various conditions
Duties and Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Operate bulldozers, loaders, and excavators for site prep and grading
Follow site plans and direction from supervisors
Conduct daily inspections and light maintenance of equipment
Maintain a clean, safe worksite in accordance with company and OSHA standards
Travel daily to job sites across Northern MA, Southern NH, and Southern ME
Perform labor-related tasks as needed to support team and project deadlines
Pay Range:
$40–$55 per hour, depending on experience
