Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, calibration, and repair of helium leak detection equipment at client sites.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

Install new equipment and train customers in its use.

Provide remote and on-site technical support, including screen share sessions.

Maintain detailed electronic service records and reports.

Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or additional services.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.

Experience in field service or maintenance of technical equipment (HVAC, semiconductor, medical devices, or similar).

Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.

Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to client sites as needed.

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Proficiency with computers and diagnostic tools.

Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to the industry.
