REMOTE | THIRD SHIFT: 11 PM - 7 AM following training period
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Help Desk / Desktop Support Contractor for a very long-term role with our financial services client in downtown Boston. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Requirements of the Help Desk / Desktop Support Contractor: - At least 3 years of PC support experience, along with experience supporting Apple products
- Background in financial services, insurance, large law firm, or similar corporate environment experience ideal
- Able and willing to support remote/global employees in a third shift role
- Professional communication and customer service skills; able to support all levels of the organization
- Experience supporting all Microsoft Office Application
- Lotus Notes experience a plus not required
