Histology Associate - Pathobiology

The Histotechnologist will perform routine and specialized histology techniques, data acquisition, and compilation using state-of-the-art molecular pathology techniques in a client environment.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct routine histology techniques including tissue processing, trimming, embedding, microtomy, and cryo-sectioningPerform routine and specialized pathology staining techniques, including H&E, special stains, and novel molecular pathology assays (IHC, RNAscope, multiplexing) using automated platforms and manual methodsMaintain laboratory equipment, keep accurate records, and ensure proper archiving of pathology specimensPerform digital image analyses using various software (e.g., HALO, MATLAB) to support discovery pathology programsCollaborate with board-certified anatomic pathologists for QC and algorithm approval, following good laboratory and GLP-like practices
