House Attendant

TUESDAY - SATURDAY 1PM - 9PM The House Attendant supports the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces throughout the property. This role helps ensure guests receive exceptional service and a welcoming environment that reflects the Inn’s luxury standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and guest common spacesExecute turndown serviceAssist Room Attendants with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply restockingRespond promptly to guest and housekeeping requestsDeliver amenities and requested items to guest roomsEnsure housekeeping closets and storage areas remain organized and fully stockedReport maintenance or safety concerns to managementSupport laundry and housekeeping operations as neededFollow all safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards
