Housekeeper Full Time

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of resident’s apartments and common areas as assigned by the Maintenance Director. Salary: $18-$19 hourlyResponsibilities and DutiesProvide housekeeping services in resident apartments by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and laundering linens.Ensure common areas are kept clean and sanitized as assignedHandle and store all cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulationsMaintain housekeeping storage areas are clean and organizedReport maintenance issues to the Maintenance DirectorEnsure safety issues are reported immediately (broken glass, water leaks, broken locks, broken toilets, etc.)Participates in and attends all in-service training as scheduledEnsures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned
