Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter based in Needham, Massachusetts, 02494, United States. The role primarily involves managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job vacancies, screening candidates, to facilitating the onboarding and offboarding process. The candidate will also be expected to maintain high level communication and perform outbound calls as required.Responsibilities: Manage job postings on appropriate platforms to attract potential candidates. Conduct initial screening of candidates to evaluate their suitability for the role. Arrange and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates. Verify the credentials of potential hires to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Manage the offboarding process for outgoing employees. Maintain high level communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Make outbound calls as required, ensuring detail oriented and timely communication. Utilize skills in corporate recruiting and interviewing to identify the best candidates. Manage scheduling efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Requirements Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Recruiting Proven experience in Corporate Recruiting is essential Demonstrated ability to Conduct Interviews effectively is required Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and best practices is necessary Experience in Scheduling interviews and other HR-related activities is a must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is preferred.
