HR Specialist

In this contract Human Resources Assistant role, you’ ll stay busy working across a variety of HR administrative responsibilities. This includes assisting with HR related projects, new hire onboarding, compliance, data management and much more. The role itself is ideal for someone who has a broad range of knowledge when it comes to HR and who really likes to stay busy.

This is a full time contract position with the possibility to turn contract to hire. The pay rate is $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.

• Bachelor’ s degree with at least 3 years of experience in HR
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, benefit/compensation administration, employee relations, and HR law
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use good judgment to make business decisions
