HVAC Service Assembler

Job Title: HVAC Service AssemblerJob DescriptionTroubleshoots and resolves refrigeration, mechanical, electrical and system control problems. Service, repair, and assemble Lytron parts such as chillers. Perform preventative maintenance in service cell - perform adjustments and maintain lubrication of tools and equipment.Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and system control problems.

Service, repair, and assemble Lytron parts such as chillers.

Perform preventative maintenance in the service cell, including adjustments and lubrication of tools and equipment.

Essential Skills

HVAC installation and service experience

Mechanical and assembly experience

Troubleshooting skills

Preventative maintenance experience

Possess EPA 608 Universal Certification

Brazing

Soldering

Qualifications

Experience with chiller units is a big plus

HVAC Field experience (Need at least 1 year)

Work EnvironmentVery clean lean manufacturing facility. Work in small team cells.
