IAM Analyst I

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations personnel perform operational level support activities on IAM technologies for Boston University. This position will be responsible for using IAM tools and technologies to troubleshoot products, processes, and policies used to control user identities and regulate user access within the University; and work with project teams to ensure that solutions are compliant with university policies and standards. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with the business to improve Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and support the presence of the IAM programs within the University. Individuals may be assigned as the enterprise-wide administrator, operator, operational manager and/or owner of a specific technology, function or service. May be asked to participate in IS&T leadership committees. Position must provide availability outside of normal hours to make changes during approved enterprise change windows.
