Day shifts and evening shifts

DUTIES INCLUDE: (but not limited to)

Supervises ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living)

Encourages client in self-help and optimal level of independence or participation in activities

Maintains a clean & safe environment by performing household services such as: Cleaning and changing bed linens, Cleaning floors with mop and/or vacuuming, Cleaning bathroom and kitchen, Laundering, sewing and ironing of client clothes, Informs supervisor of any change in client’s condition or family situations

Performs only those duties listed on care plan except when instructed otherwise by Field Supervisor, Staff Nurse or Clinical Supervisor

MUST HAVES:

Valid CNA/HHA certification

Must be 18 years of age

Possess good organization and communication skills

Have the physical ability to lift 70 lbs

COVID Vaccine card

Current TB Test Results (Skin Test OR Chest X-Ray)
