High School Diploma or GED

Must be currently enrolled in undergraduate program

Preferred Qualifications:

Enrolled in undergraduate program in business/healthcare management related field preferred

Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities listed below are intended to describe the general nature of work and are not intended to be an all-inclusive list. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Completes reporting training for Epic EMR.

Completes data mining and business intelligence.

Assists in the writing and creation of professional business documents and presentations.

Obtains stakeholder input and needs regarding project plans and communicate to Hospital leadership and/or other stakeholders on project status.

Transforms information into a format useful for communicating with leadership and facilitating decision making.

Leads and assists with process design and/or redesign as related to assigned projects.

Maintains collaborative, team relationships with peers and colleagues in order to effectively contribute to the working group’s achievement of goals and to support the Hospital’s Standards of Performance.

Supports leaders across Patient Care Services in labor & productivity management using tools in place.

Creates reports related to clinical operations and patient flow in Epic EMR;

Assists with analytical projects and reports related to patient experience results with Qualtrics vendor (i.e. create provider scorecards) and assists with workforce financial reporting including contract labor and core staff tracking and planning.
