IT Project Manager – Infor CMMS

Description:6+ months. Remote with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Development and implementation of several projects of mid-level complexity
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings
  • Pinpoint project resource requirements and facilitate staffing
  • Create and manage project documents and schedules/project plans
  • Lead projects with cross-functional teams
  • Interface and collaborate with customers

Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of project management experience in a software service related field
  • Regulated manufacturing expertise
  • Technical work experience with Infor CMMS
  • Experience supporting Inventory tracking, maintenance, and planning
  • Ability to meet budget, schedule, and customer requirements
  • Familiarity with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall
  • Foundational project management skills
  • Experience with risk identification and management
  • Experience with issue identification and management
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP or other project management certification a plus
