- Our client is looking for a project manager who is experienced in leading the technology elements of a construction project. The individual should have extensive experience in leading AV installs, networking, infrastructure, and hoteling technology. The individual should be comfortable working with the construction trades (electricians, carpenters, etc.).
- Lead and successfully deliver multiple, concurrent, high-priority, complex technology projects in an agile environment. Projects will be primarily construction based (renovations, new buildings, etc.)
- Manage multiple company partner, vendor, and IT relationships; develop deep relationships through trusting interactions
- Lead a project from ideation stage through delivery and transitioning to service operation; is able to clearly scope and define projects
- Estimate projects using multiple techniques to arrive at realistic schedules; clearly highlight methods used and assumptions made when communicating estimates
- Manage and deliver project results predictably: on time, on budget, and on quality
- Maintain a deep understanding of the scope of work and manage the project schedule; articulate how decisions may impact the schedule accordingly
- Actively identify and manage project risks, issues, and decisions; navigate a complex organization in order to facilitate the resolution of these challenges
- Provide consistent, timely, and well-crafted project progress status reporting and communications
