IT Service Desk Engineer

Seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to support the local (Boston) office of approximately 20 on-site employees and some remote employees as well. Will work with a more senior IT Service Desk Engineer supporting a mixed Windows 10 (80%) and MacOS (20%) environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience providing tech support with Windows (ideally Windows 10), MicroSoft Office products, Ideally Office 365 for Windows and MacOS
  • Must be able to communicate technical information and provide exceptional service to non-technical users
  • Will be required to write and complete tech and end user documentation, manage incidents and tasks within SLAs.
  • Will support and troubleshoot hardware and software.
  • Experience with imaging technologies (like MS Intune or JAMF Casper) and cloud-based backup solutions (like OneDrive) are plusses
