A long-standing National IT Service Provider which has been established for over 20 years, is currently expanding and on the lookout for an IT Support Manager to join its senior team.

If you are someone who loves mentoring engineers to their full potential, and supporting major projects, this role is for you! You will have plenty of opportunities to have leadership experience in deploying new technologies, taking charge of cloud migrations, and automating system upgrades and maintenance tasks.

About you:

  • 1+ years management experience
  • 3+ years of IT Engineering
  • 5+ years IT experience
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Skilled at prioritization
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • A team player with a good sense of humor; a reliable, motivated, proactive and extremely organized individual

Tech:

  • Windows Server 2019-2022
  • Windows 10/11
  • Office 365/Exchange

  • VMware/Hyper-V
  • Storage (SAN/NAS)
  • Networking and Security (Cisco Routers/Switches/Firewalls/Meraki)
