A recognized services organization in Massachusetts is currently seeking an experienced IT professional to join their staff in Boston as their new IT Support Technician. In this role, the IT Support Technician will be responsible to manage and maintain all end user assets and support move, add, and change activities.

Responsibilities: The IT Support Technician will:
  • Manage all IT assets, including laptops, printers, IP Phones, iPhones, etc.
  • Manage SAAS Solutions includes CodeREADr, Zoom Rooms, 8x8 telephony, SurveyMonkey, Zapier and other applications used to deliver business solutions
  • Deliver support efficiencies through the collaboration with cross functional teams
  • Maintain IT-based company documentation and production support procedures
  • Act as a vendor liaison in coordinating various system support responsibilities
  • Participate in IT projects and provide input, as needed
  • Participate with implementing process and technology solutions as a part of new customer transitions
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of IT experience
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or a related field
  • Experience with managing and maintaining end-user assets, and coordinating support activities with the IT Help Desk
  • Demonstrated skills in working with cloud-based solutions, MS 365 environment, AZURE infrastructure, and various business support applications
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, including PCs, laptops, Windows Operating Systems, and Office 365, IOS as well as awareness of other business applications
  • Experience in customer-facing support systems and delivering IT-related solutions and services to the organization
  • Experience in coordinating various system support responsibilities with vendors and outsourced IT providers
  • Familiarity with implementing process and technology solutions as part of new customer transitions
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
