Responsibilities
Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor food preparation processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
Implement cost control measures to minimize waste while maximizing profitability.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff.
