One of our client is looking for L3 Network Filed Support Engineer for Woburn MA.

Consultants should start from client locations from Day1

Role: L3 Network Filed Support EngineerClient: Ultragenyx

Location: Cambridge, MA or Novato, CA • Minimum 6+ years’ of relevant experience

• Communicates American Native English language (Slang)• Assets inventory maintenance• Vendor/3rdparty/ISP contact database management• Preventive maintenance• Daily health check-up on datacenter components including power, temperature, network, racks, servers etc…• GXP/GMP knowledge is good to have.• Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN/VOICE network related issueso Cisco L2/L3 switches, configuration changes, support, physical connection, and reachability, working with L2 remote support team on fixing the issue as appropriate§ Resolve Technical Issues.§ Apply Security Updates. § Assess Network Performance.o Cisco Router configuration, support, physical connection, and reachability, working with ISP and L2 remote support team on fixing the issueo Cisco Firewall physical connection and reachability, working with L2 remote support team on fixing the issueo Good knowledge and experience on Meraki cloud o Coordinate with remote L2 support on Wireless controller issue, camera, voice devices including telephones on fixing the issue o Provide in-depth analysis of the troubleshooting performed for any incidents/problem ticketso Experience in Rack and stack of the Network kits in Datacenterso Working experience on Structured cabling and various Network connectorso Experience on the latest Network technologies like Meraki Cloud, Ubiquity WIFI, etc.,o Carry out the configuration of routing and switching equipment.o Hands on experience in managing network devices like Firewalls/Switches/Routers etc.o Network security knowledge/ Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policieso Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.o Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.o Daily health check-up on datacenter components including power, temperature, network, racks, servers etc.o Work on new implementations as required.o Support customer on projects and activities other than networking in case of any critical requirements occasionally.
