Lead Carpenter, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Interior Remodeling

Lead Carpenter wanted for remodeling company.

Required Skills:

- Framing

- Insulation (fiberglass)

- Hanging Drywall ( no finishing required)

- Finish carpentry

- Cabinet installation

Preferred Skills (not required)

- Tile setting

- Plastering

- Painting

- Minor Plumbing

Responsibilities:

- Complete renovations with minimal supervision from demo to finishes with provided plans.

- Efficiently utilize help and other resources.

- Effective communication with needs and timelines. Must speak and write fluent English.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability multi task.

- High degree of craftsmanship

This individual will own small renovation projects from start to finish with guidance and support as needed. Must be well versed in construction with emphasis on carpentry. There is a training period of working with the current crew to understand expectations and asses skills and train gaps as required. This role will be hired partially on skill and partially on fit with the company and culture. We are looking for positive upbeat individuals excited to go to work and who take pride in there work whom can work well with others. While company tools are provided it is highly suggested you have your own basic set of hand tools and battery tools. All consumables will be provided included blades as needed. Plenty of OT available but not required. We operate mostly within 30 minutes of acushnet, MA but do take jobs within 1 Hour of Acushnet.
