Carpenter

General Description / Responsibilities

Senior level carpenter with experience in all aspects of remodeling work. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

All aspects of carpentry including, but not limited to framing, trim, siding, kitchen cabinet installs, deck and stairs

Review job folders and work with Production Manager to ensure that appropriate work is being performed

Skills and attributes

Advanced carpentry skills

Ability to read and understand construction documents and plans as appropriate for remodeling activities

Good interpersonal skills as required to communicate with clients, co-workers, and trade partners

Compensation

Hourly wage based on experience $30-$40

Experience / Requirements

10 or more years’ experience

Vehicle, driver’s license and good driving record

Must pass CORI

Hand Tools and Power Tools
