Location: Newton, MA Salary: Dependent on Experience Description: Our client is currently seeking a Lead Senior Software QA Automation Engineer

Day to day: You will own the complete BUC automation testing area and be able to define test approaches and strategies. We require strong programming fundamentals and automation experience to help develop in all phases of the release cycle. You will be responsible for writing new automation tests, establishing standards and best practices for other test members, and establishing new areas of automation for the Back-Up Care product.

Requirements:

oExperience in one or more Scripting/Programming Languages including JavaScript, Python, or Swift

oAutomation experience with testing methodologies; UI, Continuous Integration, Functional, Performance, Regression, and Load

oAutomation development experience with tests and strategies for Web and Native Mobile products

oAPI automation test development and strategies experience

oDevelop Automation test strategies, writing test plans, test cases, test tools, executing your plan, and reporting

oExperience with Continuous Integration systems and codebase management with Git

oAbility to deliver solid work on tight schedules

oMaintain and scale automation suites

oAbility to investigate, debug and triage difficult problems in automation, and independently work towards results

oBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

oTestComplete

oAdvanced JavaScript, SQL

oBDD Processes, use of CucumberStudio (HipTest)

oLoadRunner

oAzure DevOps, (project tracking, CI/CD )
